Getting homes to salable quality through renovation & vendor management tools

As the design lead of the Home Renovations and Trade Partnerships team, the goal was to build data-driven intuitive tools for managing huge home renovations through their lifecycle. Web and mobile tools that enable project management, execution, communication, and payments between Opendoor operators and external vendors.

These products are used in 50+ markets and over 1500+ contractors who work on Opendoor homes.

Delivering software to enable Lyft’s Bikes and Scooters to operate the best micro-mobility solution

The goal is to build the tools and systems that power everything our operators need to do, and in turn, better serve riders.
Deliver the software and data necessary to allow Lyft’s Bikes and Scooters to operate the best micro-mobility solution profitably and at scale.

The products have impacted over 1,500 operations staff across all Lyft bike and scooter markets to manage over 50,000 bikes,
e-bikes, scooters, and 4,000 stations.
